Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We accept return or replacement requests only if:

  • The product was damaged during shipping

  • You received an incorrect item

  • There is a clear manufacturing defect

3. Return Eligibility

4. Refund & Replacement

  • Refunds are not issued under normal circumstances.

  • Approved claims receive a replacement of the same product.

  • If the product is unavailable, a similar product of equal value may be provided.
